In the charming historical town of RECANATI, in the heart of Marche region, where one of the most famous Italian romantic poet, Giacomo Leopardi, was born, we're happy to welcome you, for the first stop of our "Grand Tour of the XIX century".
We'll lead you around, to breath the sweet air of past times, to discover Leopardi's beloved corners and places, as the tower of "The solitary bird" , Silvia's house ("To Silvia"), up to the hilltop where "The infinite" verses were composed.
A whole weekend of historical reconstruction where, through storytelling, music and dance, we will immerse ourselves in the period of the Empire style and the "Grand Tour".

Friday, 30th JUNE
18:00 - Dance workshop
20:00 - Aperitif-buffet
21:00 - Instrumental and vocal concert with repertoire of the time
Saturday, 1st JULY
10:00 - Guided tour of the ancient town (borgo) and the "Infinite hilltop" with the poet Leopardi himself!
12:30 - Brunch and free or guided visits (according to pre-bookings)
20:00 - great Ball with live mùsic, aperitif and buffet dinner
Sunday, 2nd JULY
Morning of free or guided visits of Leopardi's Palace, medioeval civic tower and other museus, and carriage ride.
